  • Belle villa avec une terrasse exceptionnelle vue plongeante sur la mer, jacuzzi déterminant dans notre choix. Propre, le ménage de fin de séjour est effectivement indispensable pour que l’entretien de cette belle villa soit respecté. Le carnet de bord tenu par le propriétaire (Eric Lesage) permet d’avoir un maximum d’informations. Séjour détente : parking attenant à la villa,quartier sécurisé, prestations de qualité dans la résidence. Cuisine exceptionnellement bien équipée. Ville d’Altea très belle ayant un cachet typique à la région,ballades agréables dans les ruelles fréquentées par les touristes. Belles plages de galets très tranquilles en septembre! A découvrir « la plage de l’Olla » avec ses petites paillotes pour se régaler de tapas.
  • Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. la région est très sympa visite de châteaux et villages, plage, balade dans la sierra de Bernia et piscine à proximité. La villa est géniale avec sa superbe terrasse avec jaccusi et une vue impressionnante. Nous avons pu apprécier un feu d’artifice sur la mer de la terrasse. en bref mer, montagne et chaleur c’était parfait.
  • Environnement paradisiaque pour un séjour qui l’aura été tout autant. On se lasse pas une seule minute de la magnifique vue dont nous bénéficions de la terrasse : une vraie carte postale ! La maison d’Eric (Lesage) est superbe, parfaitement équipée et avec goût. Idéale pour 6 to 7 people. En somme, rien à redire…. juste envie déjà d’y retourner.

Renting a holiday home is situated on the hill of’ Altea Hills, an area very near the Costa Blanca : microclimate (310 days of sunshine per year), panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea (Bath d'Altea, Bath d'Albir), mountain (Sierra Bernia), the city’Altea (white houses, narrow, artists' studios, Church ND. Consuelo), and down the City Bénidorm located 10 kms. Altea Hills East a residential ***** located 500 m from the sea, with beautiful villas, green spaces, of countless private and public swimming pools, leisure complex. Activities on site : air Playground, petanque, green wave (free) . Activities promixité : beaches (2.5 kms), Water recreation & Diving (port Luis Campomanes to 2.5 kms), golf courses the 9 or 18 holes (7, 12, 18 kms). Shops : just down the residence.

The terrace also has a patio with a jacuzzi (spa à hydromassage, bains à remous, LED lighting). Equipment from the terrace : store électrique télécommandé, garden 8 cutlery, 4 sunbathing, barbecue. The total area is 165 m2 : home 105 m2 + terrace 60 m2. The accommodation capacity is 6/8 people : 1 room 2 Press (King 150×190), 1 room 2 Press (2 90 beds×190), 1 room 3/4 children (2 bunk beds, 1 90 reads×190, 1 fireside-up).

Allow a carport to park 1 vehicle in front of the house. Parking is available down the street.
