We own this house sitée Altea hills since February 2011. Lovers of Spain for many years, we bought this house to spend our holidays and offer to rent the rest of the time. The exceptional climate, the beauty of the area of ​​Altea, rates of low-cost flights to Alicante or Valencia and wonderful views from the terrace of this house made us fall for this place.

We provide rental owners, no agency fees :

- the receipt of the deposit (after confirmation of booking) , then the balance of payment (6 weeks before the date of entry).

Notre contact local basé à Altea parle Français, Anglais et Espagnol. Il est en charge de :

- The home tenants and the keys

- The final signing of the lease, depositing a check deposit (not encaissé)

- Delivery of remote (heating, aircon), useful explanations for the stay (heater, jacuzzi, barbecue, electric blinds, …)

- La facilitation de votre séjour.
